You’ll be a key part of the treatment team—helping maintain a safe, respectful, recovery-focused environment while residents rest, reset, and heal. No two days are the same, and you’re never just be “watching the clock.”

What You’ll Be Doing?

• •Supporting clients through overnight programming and activities.
• •Monitoring safety, behavior, and daily living needs.
• •Acting as a go-between for clients and clinical staff.
• •Helping with intakes, paperwork, assessments, and documentation.
• •Assisting during crises (with training and supervision).
• •Transporting clients to meetings or appointments when needed.
• •Supporting recovery-focused routines with empathy and professionalism.

You’ll receive frequent supervision, guidance, and training, so you’re never on your own.

Requirements

What You Need?

• •High school diploma or GED.
• •Ability to stay awake, alert, and engaged overnight.
• •Valid driver’s license plus a clean driving record.
• •Willingness to complete required PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting clearances, drug screen, 2-Step TB test, and CPR/First Aid.
