Trenches / Web3 Frontend Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Trenches / Web3 Frontend Developer based in Italy.

• This is a high-ownership frontend engineering role focused on building the client experience for a fast-moving onchain trading terminal.
• You will own critical trading surfaces across both Solana and EVM, working directly on products used for real transactions and real money.
• The role combines advanced frontend engineering with deep Web3, trading, wallet, and real-time application expertise.
• You will take features from product idea through implementation, production release, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• You'll work in a small, highly autonomous team where technical judgment, speed, and product instincts matter.
• The environment is remote-first, AI-native, and designed for engineers who thrive with significant ownership and limited bureaucracy.
• Your work will directly influence trading performance, execution quality, user experience, and revenue-generating product surfaces.
