Für unser Bildungszentrum in Hustedt suchen wir ab sofort eine zuverlässige Tresenkraft (m/w/d). Arbeitszeit in der Regel 18:30 bis 23:30 Uhr

Wir bieten:

  • Einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz mit abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeiten in einem eingespielten Team
  • Vergütung nach Haustarifvertrag mit Zuschläge nach Haustarif (z. B. Sonntagszuschläge)

  • In der Regel freie Tage an Ostern, Pfingsten, Weihnachten und Silvester
  • 80 % Jahressonderzahlung im November
  • 30 Tage Urlaub + 2 zusätzliche freie Tage zum Jahresende (bei Schließungszeit)
  • Zuschuss zu vermögenswirksamen Leistungen (7,09 € bei 20 Std./Woche)

  • Zuschuss zur Gesundheitsförderung (125 € jährlich)
  • Zusätzliche Altersversorgung durch den Arbeitgeber (zzgl. 5,07% vom Brutto)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Abgabe von Getränken (auch mit Zapfanlage)
  • Abgabe von Mix-Getränken
  • Gläser spülen
  • Einhaltung von Hygienevorschriften und sonstigen Vorschriften

Unsere Erwartungen:

  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Gastronomie
  • Sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur rollierenden Wochenendarbeit, mit Ausgleichtagen in der Woche
