Im Zuge unseres weiteren Wachstums suchen wir per sofort Triebfahrzeugführer (m/w/d) für unsere Eisenbahnverkehre mit einer Begeisterung für Schienengütertransporte.

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • o Sichere und pünktliche Durchführung von Zug- und Rangierfahrten im Schienengüterverkehr
  • o Durchführen von Zugvorbereitungs- und Abschlussdiensten und führen unserer modernen und leistungsstarken E- und Dieselloks
  • o Durchführen der Zugbildung für den Ein- und Ausgang sowie die Be- und Entladung
  • o Durchführen von Wagenprüfungen und Bremsproben
  • Unser Angebot:
  • o Unbefristetes Arbeitsverhältnis
  • o Eine leistungsgerechte Bezahlung, eine Einstufung je nach Tätigkeit bis zur Entgeltgruppe 8 sowie allen Errungenschaften eines modernen Tarifvertrages (ETV)
  • o Zahlung übertariflicher Zuschläge für Reisetätigkeiten, Nacht- und Sonn-/Feiertagsarbeit und zusätzliche Pauschale für Dienste außerhalb Lübecks als Dienstort
  • o Fahrgastfahrten werden zu 100% vergütet
  • o Bahncard 50 plus Kostenerstattung für An- und Abreise zu unseren Ent-/Beladestellen sowie Übernahme der Übernachtungskosten bei auswärtiger Ruhe
  • Ihr Profil:
  • o Lokführer oder Eisenbahner (m/w/d)
  • o Quereinsteiger mit einer erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Triebfahrzeugführer
  • o Tauglichkeit sowie psychologische Eignung gem. Triebfahrzeugführerscheinverordnung
  • o Hohes Maß an Sicherheits- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • o Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • o Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst Mo-So
