Trillium Kitchen + Cocktails - Restaurant Server

As a Server at Trillium, you’ll provide attentive, personable, and knowledgeable service to ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience from start to finish.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• •Greet and serve guests in a timely manner, anticipating and fulfilling needs with efficiency and care.
• •Maintain a clean and organized station, following setup and detailing standards.
• •Demonstrate full knowledge of menu offerings.
• •Accurately take and enter orders using Toast system to ensure food and beverage items are delivered promptly and correctly.
• •Stay informed on liquor, beer, wine, and mixology standards while promoting responsible alcohol service in accordance with state laws.
• •Assist in morning service operations, including setup and side-work duties.
• •Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and fellow team members to ensure smooth service.
• •Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• •Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
• •Minimum 2 years of serving experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
• •Must be TIPS certified or willing to obtain certification upon hire.
• •Knowledge of state liquor laws and responsible beverage service.
• •Ability to prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks.
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Ability to work weekends and holidays according to business needs.
• •Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.

AM & PM Shifts Available

Physical Requirements:

• •Ability to lift and carry trays or items weighing up to 25 lbs.
• •Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• •Ability to move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
