Monday – Friday 8AM to 4:30PM

Main Ingredients of the Job!

As a US FOODS ® TRUCK Washer you will be responsible for:

Washing exterior of tractors, interior of trailers and moving equipment around the truck yard.

• •Check oil, wash windows, check tire pressures and maintain proper fluid levels in tractors and T-K units.
• •Report service issues to the maintenance shop.
• •Keep track of assigned jobs by logging in and out of the ShopFax maintenance system.
• •Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with workplace safety rules and regulations and government guidelines

What you bring to the table

Education/Training :

High school diploma/GED preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities :

• •Ability to drive and operate fleet equipment, tractor, trailer, and service vehicles.
• •Ability to perform cleaning activities on all fleet equipment.
• •Ability to assess trailer/tractor sanitation requirement.
• •Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• •Must be willing to work an irregular schedule to include any shift, weekends, and holidays.

• •Ability to read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to the job and safety regulations.
• •Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written communications.
• •CDL Class A preferred

Related Experience/Requirements:

• •Must have a valid state Driver's License
• •Ability to drive and operate Fleet equipment, tractor, trailer and service vehicles.
• •Must have the ability to work Sunday - Thursday shift.

Physical Requirements: Remove section if not needed.

Bending, stooping, and occasional heavy lifting up to 100 lbs.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $23.50 and $28.50.
