Turret Operator

2nd Shift Turret Operator (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM)

Join our team on 2nd shift and operate a Turret Truck to safely pick, pull, move, stage, and put away palletized products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You'll play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and keeping operations running smoothly while following all company safety policies and procedures.

What You'll Do

• •Safely operate a turret truck to pick, pull, stage, and put away products throughout the warehouse.
• •Accurately label orders by recording order numbers, receiver names, and case quantities on all pulled orders, pallets, boxes, bins, and packages.
• •Pull customer orders efficiently and accurately to meet productivity and service expectations.
• •Report damaged, missing, or incorrect pick tickets immediately to leadership.
• •Assist with freight movement, product replenishment, and inventory location tasks after order selection is completed.
• •Identify and report damaged pallets or other safety concerns to supervisors.
• •Complete daily equipment inspections and forklift maintenance checklists.
• •Monitor battery levels, maintain and clean batteries, and properly return equipment to designated charging stations.
• •Operate additional material handling equipment as needed.
• •Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For

• •Previous turret truck operating experience required.
• •Ability to work overtime, weekends, and a flexible schedule as business needs dictate.
• •Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• •Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.

Physical & Work Environment Requiremen ts

• •Ability to lift and move at least 40 lbs. regularly.
• •Comfortable working in warehouse environments that may range from -20°F in cold storage to 100°F in dry storage , with company-provided PPE.
• •Ability to work safely around warehouse equipment and varying noise levels, which may be loud at times.

Pay Range:$19.18 - $32.40
