TX Outside Sales Intern FALL 2026

The Commencement Group is looking to hire Outside Sales Interns for FALL 2026 ; Our Fall Commencement Season takes place during the month of December. This is a seasonal position with more opportunities to work with us every graduation/working season. Outside sales refers to the type of sales that take place in the field (i.e. commencement ceremonies).

Qualifications:

Open availability during our busy weekends

Valid driver's license

Provide own means of transportation to our office/warehouse

Active enrollment in college/university (i.e. Freshman - Senior)

Open to traveling for extended periods of time

Reliable and responsible

Discipline to wake up early

Stamina to work consecutive long days

Organizational skills

Effective member of a team

Drive for contributing towards sales goals

Positive attitude throughout working days

Responsibilities:

Traveling throughout your region to sell various commemorative items/regalia at commencements

Utilizing sales techniques to effectively execute sales

Working as a team to generate revenue and hit sales goals

Setting up retail kiosks at commencement venues

Organizing and maintaining inventory of products at kiosks throughout the day

Understanding and implementing the marketing of products

Maintaining our company brand and professional demeanor on-site

Financial:

Hourly pay of $15/hour, weekly

Discretionary bonus for hitting sales goals, lump sum
