Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest die Installation, den Betrieb und die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer kundenspezifischen UC‑ und Voice‑Lösungen im Mitel Enterprise Portfolio.
  • Du verantwortest die Konfiguration, Incident‑Bearbeitung und das Problem Management für komplexe Voice‑Infrastrukturen sowie angebundener 3rd‑Party‑Produkte.
  • Du analysierst Störungen auf 3rd‑Level‑Niveau, führst Root‑Cause‑Analysen durch und stellst einen stabilen Betrieb in SLA‑kritischen Service‑Provider‑Umgebungen sicher.
  • Du bringst deine technische Expertise aktiv in die Konzepterstellung, Architekturdefinition und Projektabwicklung unserer UC‑ und Voice‑Solutions ein.
  • Du arbeitest routiniert mit Unify Management‑ und Analyse‑Tools wie Fault Manager, HiPath Manager, CMP, Deployment Server sowie Trace‑ und QoS‑Manager.
  • Du unterstützt in der Planung und realisierst Transition‑ und Transformation‑Projekte, Migrationen sowie komplexe Lifecycle‑Changes in bestehenden Kundenumgebungen.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Standardisierung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer UC‑Service‑Architekturen.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb und Design von Unified‑Communications‑ und Voice‑Lösungen mit Schwerpunkt Mitel / Unify ; Zertifizierungen wie STI-352, STI-252 sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Expertise im Einsatz von Unify Management‑ und Analyse‑Tools (Fault Manager, HiPath Manager, CMP, Deployment Server, Trace‑ und QoS‑Manager)
  • Erfahrung im Troubleshooting komplexer Sprach‑Infrastrukturen sowie im Incident‑ und Problem Management
  • Lösungs‑ und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Kundenorientierung
  • Deutschkenntnisse C1 sowie Englischkenntnisse B2
  • Führerschein B und Flexibilität für turnusmäßige Bereitschaftsdienste

Uns ist es wichtig, dass dein Gehalt deinen Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen entspricht. Dieses kann deutlich über dem Kollektivvertrag liegen und startet ab € 75.000 brutto pro Jahr, All-In. Für diese Position ist ein Dienstauto mit Privatnutzung vorgesehen.
