How you will make contributions that matter...

Must be able to lift 60 pounds.

Operate the UF.

Must obtain State Pasteurizer license and Weigher’s and Sampler’s license.

Must be able to take and pass a Pasteurizer test and Weigher’s and Sampler’s test given by the State Inspector. Will have 3 months from being placed in job to obtain license.

Operate pasteurizer

Break relief for milk receivers. Able to perform all milk receiving job functions.

CIP all associated equipment.

Able to perform chemical titrations.

Clean all drains in raw area.

Load out liquid products.

Maintain and clean starter and raw CIP tanks.

Maintain housekeeping in raw areas.

Receive bulk liquids.

Able to operate Charm SL testing (antibiotics) to PMO regulations.

Able to pull samples for laboratory analysis.

Receive milk tankers and secondary tankers.

Must be able to cross train and master other jobs as assigned.

Maintain sanitizer baths.

Make production and CIP connections for milk pasteurizer.

Keep seal water lines clean.

Responsible for food safety and quality.

Perform SAP functions in the system

Any other duties as assigned

Hourly Rate of Pay: $27.55
