  • We are seeking a motivated and proactive UGC Creative Production Intern to support the planning, production, and optimization of User Generated Content (UGC) ad creatives for our mobile game performance marketing campaigns.
  • In this role, you will directly support our creative ad workflow, assisting as a bridge between internal teams (PMMs, Creative, Legal, Finance) and external creators and platforms. This is an incredible opportunity to learn firsthand how combining creative storytelling, operational efficiency, and data-driven insights drives user acquisition and growth in the mobile gaming industry.
  • If you love social media, are eager to learn about digital performance marketing, and have a passion for content creation (a love for mobile games is a huge plus!), this role is for you.

What you'll do

Support the UGC Creative Pipeline: Assist in tracking video production through every stage, from ideation to final testing, ensuring organization and timely delivery.

Support Creator Partnerships: Help source, initiate outreach, send briefs, and manage communications with creators and agency platforms (Fiverr, Upwork, and direct talent).

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (PMMs, Creative, Legal, Finance) to streamline contract approvals, payment processing, and asset compliance.

Performance & Data Tracking: Gather and organize performance metrics to help identify ad creative trends and generate actionable insights for upcoming concepts.

Trend Research & Creative Innovation: Stay ahead of social media trends across platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) to brainstorm fresh UGC ad concepts.

Process Organization: Maintain and update content trackers and production dashboards to keep our high-volume workflow structured and efficient.

What you'll need

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Film, Design, or a related field.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to help handle multiple creative projects concurrently.

Proficiency in English (written and verbal) for briefing and communicating with international creators.

Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and an interest in performance marketing.

High sense of ownership, curiosity to learn, and proactive approach to task execution.

Nice to have

Basic skills or personal interest in video editing or graphic design (CapCut, Premiere, Canva, Photoshop, etc.).

Active user of Discord and Reddit, with familiarity with online creator communities.

Interest in or casual familiarity with project management and organization tools (Trello, Notion, Asana, Monday, Motion, etc.).

Interest in or exposure to AI-powered creative production tools.

Passion for mobile gaming or the digital entertainment industry.

A test-and-learn mindset eager to experiment with new creative ideas.

More about you

Proactive Learner: Eager to get hands-on experience and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Empathetic Communicator: Natural ability to adopt brand voice and connect authentically with gamers.

Organized: Skilled at managing tasks efficiently amid shifting priorities.
