Das sind Ihre Aufgabenschwerpunkte:

  • Umfassende Beratung unserer anspruchsvollen nationalen und internationalen Kundinnen und Kunden und Verkauf von Luxusuhren und Schmuck
  • First-Level-Support an Ort und Stelle sowie die technische Unterstützung des Verkaufsteams
  • Effiziente und kundenorientierte Bearbeitung aller eingehenden Kundenanfragen (Reparaturen, Reklamationen, Kostenvoranschläge etc.) und Abstimmung mit unserem zentralen Uhrenatelier
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbindungen; Pflege der Kundendaten in unserem CRM-System
  • Teilnahme an Events und Marketing-Aktionen
  • Lagerhaltung und Warenpflege

Das wünschen wir uns von Ihnen:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Uhrmacher und/oder Berufserfahrung im Facheinzelhandel sowie im Reparatur-/Servicebereich von Uhrenmodellen im Luxusbereich wünschenswert - gerne geben wir aber auch Berufseinsteigern eine Chance und qualifizieren Sie für Ihre neue Aufgaben
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Eigeninitiative, Engagement, Flexibilität und Serviceorientierung
