CaseGuard Studio is seeking a talented user interface designer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to use superior UX/UI skills to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, transforming them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the design process from research through conceptual design, UX design, testing, and prototyping.

Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

Understand client needs through customer research, feedback, and market analysis.

Facilitate the design process, present, and iterate design solutions.

Craft, pitch, and validate long-term design strategies.

Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.

Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Requirements:

Proven UX/UI experience.

2+ years of visual design experience.

2+ years of experience as a User Experience, User Interface Designer, Interaction Designer, or a similar UI-related role.

2+ years of experience creating prototypes or highly detailed wireframes for various applications.

A strong online portfolio or work samples demonstrating relevant experience.

Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wireframing tools.

Fluency in information architecture, interaction design, user-centered design processes, and strong knowledge of user experience principles, techniques, and patterns.

Arlington, VA: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.
