Job Description: UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with strong product thinking and problem-solving skills, who can design intuitive experiences for complex platforms. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience designing enterprise or SaaS products, and can balance usability, scalability, and visual appeal while keeping users at the center.

Key Responsibilities

• •Design end-to-end user experiences across platform modules and workflows.
• •Translate business and user requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces.
• •Think beyond individual screens—design at the platform level for scalability, consistency, and extensibility.
• •Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability across web applications.
• •Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align designs with product strategy and technical feasibility.
• •Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency across modules.
• •Participate in user research and testing to validate and iterate design decisions.

Requirements

• •3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX/Product Designer working on digital products or platforms.
• •Strong skills in user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture.
• •Ability to think at a platform/product level — not just visual design, but workflows, ecosystem, and extensibility.
• •Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• •Experience designing for enterprise applications, SaaS, or workflow-heavy systems is preferred.
• •Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• •Understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles.

Education (Preferred)

• •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), Visual Communication, Psychology, or technical related field is preferred.
• •Equivalent practical experience, a strong design portfolio, and proven product thinking skills will be considered in place of formal degrees.
