Job Description

• •Lead the design, deployment, administration, and optimization of enterprise Unified Communications and Contact Center platforms.
• •Manage and support large-scale Cisco UC environments including CUCM, Unity Connection, Expressway, and Contact Center solutions.
• •Maintain and optimize SIP trunking, SBCs, voice gateways, and telephony infrastructure.
• •Support Microsoft Teams Voice integration, Direct Routing, and telephony migration initiatives.
• •Administer call recording and workforce optimization platforms including NICE and Verint solutions.
• •Drive platform upgrades, migrations, capacity planning, high availability, and disaster recovery activities.
• •Act as L3/L4 escalation point for critical voice and contact center incidents.
• •Collaborate with network, security, infrastructure, and business stakeholders on strategic communication initiatives.
• •Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, operational, and availability requirements.
• •Lead vendor engagements, support contracts, and technology roadmap planning.

Must-Have Requirements

• •7+ years of experience in Enterprise Unified Communications and Collaboration.
• •5+ years managing Cisco Unified Communications environments.
• •Hands-on experience with:
• •CUCM
• •Cisco Unity
• •Cisco UCCX or UCCE
• •SIP Trunks
• •SBCs
• •Voice Gateways

• •Experience supporting enterprise contact center technologies.
• •Experience with Microsoft Teams Voice or Direct Routing.
• •Strong troubleshooting experience across voice, telephony, collaboration, and contact center environments.
