What You Will Do

As a Universal Banker, you’ll help create a positive customer experience by identifying needs, answering questions, and connecting customers with the right financial solutions. Responsibilities include:

• •Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
• •Build relationships with new and existing customers and learn about their financial needs.
• •Open, maintain, and close a variety of deposit accounts.
• •Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
• •Assist customers with account questions and help resolve issues.
• •Introduce customers to products and services that may help meet their financial goals.
• •Make appropriate referrals to other areas of the Bank.
• •Support the onboarding of new customers and help establish strong relationships from the start.
• •Accept and process consumer loan applications.
• •Conduct outbound customer outreach and follow-up.
• •Contribute to individual and office service and growth goals.
• •Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records.
• •Follow Bank policies, procedures, and applicable banking regulations.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• •Minimum of 2 years of banking, sales, or customer service experience required.
• •Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English strongly preferred.
• •Basic knowledge of banking regulations and operational procedures is helpful.
• •Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other business or banking systems.
