Für unseren Kunden in Geretsried suchen wir Unterstützung im HR Bereich (m/w/d) in Vollzeit

### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verwaltungsaufgaben (Pflege von Personalakten, Erstellung von Dokumenten, Vorbereitung von Betriebsratskonsultationen)
  • Unterstützung bei der Betreuung von Auszubildenden und Praktikanten
  • Unterstützung bei der Zeiterfassung (Korrekturen, Überwachung, Auswertung)
  • Unterstützung bei der Ein- und Austrittsabwicklung (Vorbereitung von Dokumenten, Einweisung neuer Mitarbeiter usw.)
  • Unterstützung bei Personalbeschaffungsangelegenheiten
  • Mitarbeit an Projekten

### Ihr Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in HR - Bereich
  • EDV-Kenntnisse sind notwendig - MS Office/Excel
  • Du bist offen und Kontaktfreudig
  • Talent für Organisation und Menschenkenntnis
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert
