Wir suchen zum schnellstmöglichen Termin einen zusätzlichen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für unseren Hausmeisterservice. Wir betreuen 100 Objekte in Bocholt, Rhede und Borken.

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Objektbetreuung
  • Instandhaltung von Innen- und Außenanlagen
  • Einfache Elektroarbeiten
  • Prüfung und Reparatur von Beleuchtung
  • Treppenhaus und Hof fegen
  • Pflege von Gartenanlagen

Anforderungen

  • Führerschein Klasse 3 (alte Klasse) oder B
  • handwerkliches Geschick

Arbeitsbedingungen

Die Stelle kann in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit besetzt werden.
