einen Verkäufer (m/w/d)

in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit.

Wir erwarten Begeisterung für unsere Lebensmittel und den Verkauf. Der erlernte Beruf ist hierbei nachrangig. Quereinsteiger sind willkommen und werden durch interne Weiterbildungen qualifiziert.

Die Stelle ist beratungsintensiv/gesprächsintensiv. Fachliches Knowhow und ein gutes sprachliche Auffassungsvermögen sind unabdingbar. Sie umfasst alle Tätigkeiten, die im Geschäft anfallen. Dies bedeutet auch, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, aber auch kreativen Freiraum in der Ausgestaltung.

Ebenso bieten wir unseren Mitarbeitern auch Rabatte, Sonderleistungen, Prämien und Überstundenbezahlung oder auch eine Stundenkonto ohne Verfall.

Wir generieren unseren Umsatz zu über 50% mit frischen, leicht verderblichen Lebensmitteln, führen 7000 Artikel und arbeiten beratungsintensiv.
