## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Menschen mit hohem Unterstützungsbedarf Teilhabe an der Gemeinschaft ermöglichen
  • Bildungs-, Freizeit- und Arbeitsangebote begleiten
  • Übernahme von Aufgaben der persönlichen Assistenz
  • Mitwirkung bei konzeptioneller Weiterentwicklung im Team
  • Kooperation mit Angehörigen, Therapeut*innen, Fachdiensten etc.

## Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung als Heilerziehungspflegehelfer*in, Altenpflegehelfer*in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Menschen mit hohem Unterstützungsbedarf
  • Teamgeist und ein wertschätzendes Menschenbild
  • Führerschein (Klasse B /früher 3) und EDV-Kenntnisse
