Aufgaben:

  • Bedienung und Überwachung unserer automatisierten Unterpulverschweißanlage (ESAB, 800 A, Doppelkopf)
  • Durchführung von \*\*Unterpulverschweißarbeiten (Verfahren 121)\*\* an schweren Stahlbauteilen
  • Einstellen und Anpassen der Schweißparameter (Strom, Spannung, Drahtvorschub)
  • Vorbereitung der Bauteile gemäß Zeichnung
  • Kontrolle und Sicherstellung der Schweißnahtqualität
  • Wartungs- und Pflegearbeiten an der Schweißanlage
  • Einhaltung von Qualitäts‑, Sicherheits‑ und Arbeitsvorschriften

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallbereich von Vorteil
  • *(z. B. Konstruktionsmechaniker, Metallbauer, Anlagenmechaniker oder vergleichbar)*
  • Erfahrung im Unterpulverschweißen (UP / Prozess 121)
  • Gültige oder frühere \*\*Schweißerprüfung nach DIN EN ISO 9606‑1 (UP 121)\*\* von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit automatisierten Schweißanlagen
  • Kenntnisse im Lesen technischer Zeichnungen
  • Sorgfältige, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B
