📌 Role: US Healthcare Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Source and recruit qualified US healthcare professionals.
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Recruit candidates for Travel Nursing and Allied Health positions.
Source RNs, LPNs/LVNs, CNAs , and other clinical professionals.
Work with MSP/VMS platforms and client requirements.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, availability, and client requirements.
Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and follow up with candidates.
Ensure candidates meet required compliance and documentation standards.
Build and maintain a strong healthcare candidate pipeline.

Required Skills

2 +years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment .
Experience with Travel Nursing / Allied Healthcare staffing .
Knowledge of MSP/VMS processes .
Good understanding of US healthcare roles and recruitment practices.
Strong communication and candidate-handling skills.
Ability to work in US/night shifts .
