US IT/Non IT Recruiter - Hyderabad (Always hiring)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated US IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in handling IT recruitment for clients in the banking and finance domain . This role requires excellent communication, sourcing, and negotiation skills to manage the full recruitment lifecycle effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• •End-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions
• •Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from various platforms
• •Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines
• •Work closely with clients and hiring managers for role understanding
• •Ensure timely closures of positions

Requirements:

• •2–6 years of experience in US IT recruitment
• •Experience in hiring for banking and finance domain is mandatory
• •Strong knowledge of job boards (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
