Performance Honda Fairfield is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Used Car Service Technician to join our team. Candidates with a strong commitment to automotive service and a proven ability to excel in a dynamic, High-Volume, fast-paced environment are encouraged to apply.

Schedule:

• •Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM,
• •OR , 4-day Work Week with 10-hour Shifts
• •One Saturday Every 4-5 Weeks (based on team size)
• •Satudays - 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• •One Hour Lunch Break
• •Closed Sundays

Compensation:

• •Flat Rate based on experience, offering competitive rates up to $42.00 per hour.
• •Potential Quarterly Cash Bonus Earnings!

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• •Maintain and repair Honda vehicles to manufacturer standards.
• •Diagnose issues and perform inspections.
• •Perform iService inspections on all vehicles.
• •Update service advisors on repairs and suggest needed services.
• •Keep workspace clean and follow safety protocols.
• •Stay current on automotive technology and repairs.

Qualifications:

• •Experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Honda or similar brands.
• •Knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair.
• •Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• •Able to work efficiently while maintaining quality.
• •Good communication and customer service skills.
• •Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
