What you will be responsible for:
Launching, structuring, and scaling UA campaigns on Meta .
Monitoring key KPIs daily and make data-driven optimization decisions to hit target financial KPIs, evaluating performance both on top-level metrics ( CPM, CTR, CR, CPA ) and deeper metrics (funnel conversion, LTV, ROI ).
Closely collaborating with creative and product marketing teams to drive growth of your stream
Implementing AI/automation approaches with analytics and MarTech teams to speed up analysis, testing, and workflows.
What you need to succeed in this role:
1+ years of experience in performance marketing, driving user acquisition on paid media channels (Meta / TikTok / Google Media).
Experience managing budgets of $100,000+ per month.
Strong structure and organization: you love documenting and testing everything, validating every possible hypothesis, and won’t stop until you find the most effective solution.
Strong analytical mindset: you enjoy working with data, spotting patterns, and drawing conclusions.
Comfort working in uncertainty, fast learning, and adaptability.
English level: B1+.
