Utility Engineer

Job Description Summary:

Responsibilities

Design and optimize utility systems including boiler, chilled water, HVAC, compressed air, water and wastewater systems.

Develop best-value options for CAPEX and OPEX improvements.

Lead commissioning, startup and reliability improvement activities.

Manage suppliers and contractors for facility projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field.

Knowledge of safety, quality and project management.

Ability to read drawings and technical specifications.

Minimum 3 years in manufacturing, FMCG, beverage, pharmaceutical, industrial or factory engineering environments.

Fluent Japanese required. Business-level English preferred.

Core Requirements: Able to perform engineering design, best value option analysis, startup/commissioning support, and supplier management.

・工学系学士以上

・関連業務経験3年以上

・安全・品質・プロジェクト管理知識

・図面読解能力

・製造業、飲料、FMCG、製薬または工場エンジニアリング分野で3年以上の経験。

・日本語流暢（必須）、英語ビジネスレベル（尚可）。

・設計業務、Best Value Option分析、試運転・立上げ支援、サプライヤーマネジメントができること。
