Job Description Summary :

Carry out administrative process manually and SAP acceptance, storage and disposal of packaging materials and auxiliary materials.

Job Descriptions :

  • 1. Handling the administration of receipt, storage and disposal of packaging materials and auxiliary materials
  • 2. Make a report of material packaging mutations and auxiliary materials
  • 3. Entering data / transaction receipt, packaging material expenditure and auxiliary materials into SAP system
  • 4. Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policy.
  • 5. Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment work (equipment) and cleanliness at work sites.
  • 6. Maintain and maintain the safety (safety) and cleanliness in the area of ​​work, and tidiness documents that are the responsibility
  • 7. Responsible for documentation in accordance with approved quality records
  • 8. Running the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP).
  • 9. Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment work (equipment) and cleanliness of the environment (environment) in the work location.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or industrial) or a related field

Experience in utilities, maintenance, or facilities management

Relevant engineering or project management certifications are a plus
