What You’ll Be Doing

• •Support daily plant operations through safe and efficient material handling.
• •Operate mobile and plant equipment as assigned to maintain production flow.
• •Assist with housekeeping, cleanup, and general site maintenance.
• •Perform basic inspections and report equipment or safety concerns promptly.
• •Collaborate with team members to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

• •Demonstrated ability to work safely and follow established procedures.
• •Capacity to operate equipment and tools used in aggregate production.
• •Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
• •Ability to perform physical tasks in varied outdoor conditions.
• •Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
