What You'll Be Doing
- Support daily plant, quarry, yard, and production operations to ensure efficient workflow.
- Operate equipment and perform general labor duties in a safe and productive manner.
- Inspect, clean, maintain, and assist with basic repairs of equipment and work areas.
- Load, unload, stock, and move materials as needed to support business operations.
- Follow all safety procedures, environmental requirements, and company policies while contributing to team success.

- Ability to perform a variety of hands-on tasks in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and capability to learn equipment operation and maintenance activities.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable work ethic with the flexibility to support operational needs across multiple functions.
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
