• THE JOB:
• As a Utility Porter, you play an essential role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members throughout the property. Using professional cleaning equipment and a keen eye for detail, you'll help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness while delivering friendly, attentive service that contributes to unforgettable guest experiences.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• •Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in casino areas, public spaces, offices, restrooms, and other assigned locations.
• •Operate professional floor care equipment and specialty cleaning machinery.
• •Perform carpet shampooing, floor care, vacuuming, and deep-cleaning tasks.
• •Safely contain and clean biohazardous materials in accordance with established procedures.
• •Replenish supplies and ensure service areas remain stocked and organized.
• •Provide courteous, professional service while supporting a safe and welcoming environment for all guests.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• •Must be at least 18 years of age
• •Must have a high school diploma or GED
• •Prior cleaning experience (preferred)
• •Prior experience operating heavy equipment, including T300s, T12s, and burnishers (preferred)

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:

$21.41

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
