Job Description

本職位存在的目的 (Purpose of the role)

集團整體的數位客戶體驗流程規劃與介面設計，依據集團數位體驗原則、初步規劃易用的數位流程與介面設計模組，達成可行性的設計方案。

本職位最主要的3 – 5項工作職責 (3 - 5 major responsibilities)

  • 為集團設計以使用者為核心的數位體驗，打造直覺、易用、有溫度的金融服務：
  • 1. 初步規劃與執行數位服務全流程的介面設計，從概念發想到視覺落地，確保設計方案兼具創新與可行性
  • 2. 維護與優化集團設計系統，提升跨平台與跨產品的視覺與體驗一致性
  • 3. 與各子公司、業務單位、開發團隊緊密合作，推動產品的數位體驗優化，實現業務目標

基本條件及能力要求 (Minimum requirements)

  • 1. 學歷 (education) :學士以上學歷。
  • 2. 工作經驗 (work experience) : 3年以上數位產品設計經驗，有產品設計流程實戰經驗
  • 3. 專業能力 (professional capabilities) :
  • 精通 Figma，熟悉 Auto Layout、Design Tokens、Prototype 等功能
  • 具備紮實的 UX 設計基礎，熟悉數位產品的設計原則、版面配置與視覺層級
  • 擅長跨部門溝通與協作，能夠將設計價值轉化為業務影響力
  • 具備獨立思考與解決問題的能力，在壓力下依然能保持設計品質與效率

4. 專業證照 (professional license) : 非必要，但如能提供實際運用上述工作內容證照，可視為加分。

5. 語言能力 (language) : 中等程度英文能力。

6. 其他 (others) : 非必要，可視為加分。

  • 有金融、投資或 AI 領域的設計經驗，了解該領域的使用者需求與挑戰
  • 熟悉設計系統的建置與維護，能確保跨子公司產品的體驗一致性
  • 擅長互動設計、動效製作，讓使用者體驗更具吸引力與生命力
