Junior Validation Engineer (0–3 years)

Validation Engineer (3–6 years)

Senior Validation Engineer (6–10 years)

Staff/Principal Validation Engineer (10+ years)

What You Might Work On

Test plan development and validation protocol design

Component, system, and integration-level testing

Root cause analysis and failure investigation

Test data analysis and reporting

Cross-functional collaboration with design, quality, and manufacturing teams

What We Look For

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field (Master's a plus for senior-level roles)

Experience with test equipment, DAQ systems, and validation standards

Strong analytical and documentation skills

Experience ranging from recent graduates to engineers with 10+ years leading validation programs

Salary Range: $60,000-$150,000

The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
