Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic VARC Faculty to join our academic team in Mumbai. The role involves teaching and mentoring CLAT & IPMAT aspirants in Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension for our Mumbai centers (specially Andheri).
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom sessions for VARC (Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension) tailored for CLAT & IPMAT students.
- Mentor students, track their performance, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Design and update content, practice materials, and assessments to ensure alignment with the latest exam patterns.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and strategy workshops to enhance student exam readiness.
- Collaborate with academic teams to innovate and improve pedagogy.
- Travel across Thane and Navi Mumbai centers to conduct sessions (mandatory part of the role).
Requirements
- Strong command over English Language, Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary, and Grammar.
- Prior teaching experience in CLAT, IPMAT, CAT, or other aptitude exams is highly desirable.
- Excellent classroom communication, student engagement, and mentoring skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel within Mumbai locations.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Communication, Education, or related fields preferred.
- We are also open to candidates who are available to take classes on weekends.
