What will you get to do?

• •Help focus on variety pack
• •Partner with warehouse and production to support project needs
• •Warehouse tasks and items as needed to support warehouse dept
• •Measure and Mix with precision, ensuring every batch meets our high standards.
• •Operating Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate machinery and equipment, including basic machine operation, cleaning, and maintenance.
• •Championing Safety and Quality: You’ll be a key player in maintaining food safety and quality by following strict guidelines and practices.
• •Managing Materials: Utilize an ERP system for material handling, including refilling bulk containers, completing batching paperwork, and supporting bulk bag bailing.
• •Working as a Team: Collaborate with team members and uphold company values such as respect, integrity, and teamwork.
• •Work with and sanitize heavy machinery and equipment.

Experience that you need to succeed

• •Ability to work in both cold and warm environments.
• •Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• •Physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs.
• •Experience with or ability to perform minor equipment changeovers.
• •Proficiency in using ERP systems for material handling and HMI for ingredient delivery.
• •Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to company values (Respect, Integrity, etc.).
• •Ability to complete batching and traceability paperwork accurately.
• •Own or be willing to acquire steel toe boots.
• •Ability to read, speak and write English.
