Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced VDC Coordinator with strong hands-on experience in BIM coordination, Revit, ACC, Navisworks and multidisciplinary model management.

The candidate should be capable of independently managing BIM workflows, coordinating project teams, maintaining model quality and supporting BIM deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's / Diploma in Architecture, Civil equivalent degree.

8–10 years of relevant BIM experience .

Should have independently handled BIM coordination, QA/QC and multidisciplinary model coordination.

Strong problem-solving, communication and team coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and manage BIM projects in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) .

Set up and manage multidisciplinary Revit models across Architecture, Structure, MEPF and other trades.

Prepare and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) , BIM standards and project documentation.

Create and maintain Revit title blocks, templates and project standards .

Perform QA/QC audits of models at different project milestones and ensure compliance with BIM standards.

Export and federate models in Navisworks Manage and perform clash detection.

Lead model coordination and clash meetings , circulate reports and track clashes through resolution.

Provide BIM/Revit/ACC technical support and helpdesk troubleshooting to project teams.

Support Scan-to-BIM projects using Revit and Autodesk ReCap, including existing-condition modeling up to LOD 500 , as required.

Coordinate with project teams to resolve modeling, coordination and BIM workflow issues.
