Vehicle Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated team members to join our Vehicle Acquisition Department. This role involves guest-facing interactions, vehicle appraisals, and purchase negotiations. Candidates will be provided with full training and hands-on experience to build a strong foundation in the automotive industry.

• •Contact warm leads to schedule vehicle appraisal appointments
• •Appraise vehicles for purchase
• •Present and negotiate purchase opportunities with guests
• •Follow up with guests who did not sell their vehicle
• •Complete purchase documentation accurately

Training Provided:

• •CRM system usage
• •Appraisal tools
• •Guest communication and interaction skills
• •Industry knowledge and processes

Qualifications:

• •Preferred Experience (not required):
• •Automotive industry background
• •Reception or customer service experience
• •Business Development Center (BDC) experience

• •Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)
• •Punctuality and reliability
• •Professional guest interaction skills in person
• •High attention to detail and the ability to follow established processes
• •Positive energy and enthusiasm in all guest interactions

Compensation & Benefits:

• •Annual pay range: $50,000 – $70,000 (hourly base + performance bonus)
