Safety first! Je zorgt ervoor dat de HSE-programma's voldoen aan alle relevante normen en voorschriften (legaal en MDLZ) en ziet erop toe dat deze correct worden geïmplementeerd en toegepast in de fabriek. Je werkt actief aan het significant verminderen van het aantal veiligheidsincidenten, veroorzaakt door zowel onveilige handelingen als onveilige omstandigheden. Je voert daarnaast de nodige risico-analyses uit.

Hoe je zal bijdragen

Je zult:

  • Meehelpen aan de culturele HSE-gedragstransformatie om nul ongevallen en incidenten te bereiken.
  • Het geven van deskundig advies en ondersteuning in een breed domein van gezondheid en veiligheid.
  • Zorgen voor naleving van nationale en Europese wetgeving en tav Mondelēz-normen.
  • Verzorgen van interne MDLZ rapportages.
  • Documenteren, coördineren en toezicht houden op de uitvoering van de veiligheids- en gezondheidsprogramma's, -processen en -procedures.
  • Deelnemen aan (zelf)audits om non-conformiteiten te identificeren en actieplannen op te stellen om tekortkomingen te verhelpen.
  • Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en ad hoc deelnemen aan incidentanalyses (RCA) om verbetermogelijkheden te definiëren.
  • Zorgen dat er opleidings-, communicatie- en sensibiliseringscampagnes plaatsvinden om het gewenste veiligheidsbewustzijn en de veiligheidscultuur te stimuleren en ervoor te zorgen dat de veiligheidsnormen goed begrepen en toegepast worden in de fabriek.
  • Deelnemen aan projecten als veiligheidsvertegenwoordiger.

Jouw profiel

  • Diploma Preventie-adviseur (Niveau 1 of Niveau 2; bij voorkeur Niveau 1)
  • 2 jaar ervaring op vlak van gezondheid & veiligheid, bij voorkeur in de voedingsindustrie.
  • Goede kennis van technische aspecten van machines/installaties & productieprocessen.
  • Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Engels
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden - zowel mondeling als schriftelijk - en het vermogen om te werken met zowel individuen als groepen, op alle niveaus
  • Flexibiliteit, proactiviteit, gedrevenheid en autonomie
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.
