Veranstaltungsmanager (m/w/d)

(Voll- oder Teilzeit)

Für unsere Eventlocation in Stuttgart (max. ca 150 Personen) suchen wir zuverlässige Verstärkung zur eigenverantwortlichen Betreuung und operativen Leitung der Location

Tätigkeiten:

  • Konzeption, Planung und Durchführung eigener Veranstaltungen (Themenevents, Kulturevents, Feiern)
  • Vermarktung
  • Vorbereitung, Betreuung und operative Abwicklung gemeinsam mit den gastronomischen Kollegen in der Location
  • Abrechnung und Nachbereitung
  • Akquise und Betreuung von Firmenkunden
  • Schnittstelle zur kaufmännischen Leitung

Beruflicher Hintergrund:

  • Ausbildung oder Erfahrung im Eventmanagement oder der Gastronomie
  • Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, kundenorientiertes Auftreten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PC, Social Media
