Unsere Seniorenresidenz in Rudolstadt befindet sich im Stadtteil Cumbach. Hier stehen insgesamt 148 Pflegeplätze für die stationäre Pflege, Kurzzeit- und Verhinderungspflege zur Verfügung. Neben einem wechselnden Veranstaltungsangebot sorgen der Snoezelen Raum, das Wohlfühlbad und der Therapiegarten für Entspannung bei unseren Bewohnern. Zudem bieten wir unseren Bewohnern, Gästen und Mitarbeitern im gesamten Haus WLAN zur kostenfreien Nutzung.

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben bei uns:

Fachliche Verantwortung für die Bereiche Reinigung und Wäscherei

Durchführung von Reinigungsarbeiten

Überprüfung der Reinigungsqualität

Durchführung und Planung von Teamgesprächen

Unterstützung bei Dienstplanerstellung, Urlaubsplanung und Bestellprozessen

Was wir von Ihnen erwarten:

Berufserfahrung in der Gebäudereinigung oder Hauswirtschaft

Fähigkeit zur Kommunikation und Kooperation

Bereitschaft zur Führung eines Teams

Kenntnisse im Bereich Arbeitsschutz und Hygiene sind von Vorteil
