- Erstellung, Verwaltung und Freigabe von Bedarfsanforderungen
- Warenausgabe
- Koordination Lieferscheine
- Inventuren
- Kontrolle der Lagerbewegungen im Magazin
- Disposition von Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen sowie Ersatzteilen
Sonderaufgaben
- Energiemanagement/IMS
- Verantwortlich für das Energiemanagement am Standort (Energiemanagementbeauftragter)
- Umsetzung der ISO 50.001
- Erstellen der Energiemanagementberichte
- Unterstützung der IMS-Systeme am Standort
- Pflege Aktionsdatenbank EMMA (KVM)
- Pflege Liste Managementziele
- Tägliche Eingabe und Kontrolle der Energieverbräuche (PAS)
- Produktion
- Produktionseingabe
- Eingabe/Verwaltung ODL
- Täglichen Auswertung der Produktionsdokumente
- Kontrolle der Vorgaben
- Koordination/ Bestellung Walzdraht
- Unterstützung im Verkauf
- Unterstützung Arbeitsvorbereitung Coils/Stäbe
- Koordinator Fremdfirmeneinsätze
