Wir sind ein mittelständisches Familienunternehmen im Bereich der Kunststo2verarbeitung. Mit modernsten Fertigungsanlagen produzieren wir hochwertige Präzisionsteile für die Medizin-, Elektronik-, Automotiv-, Luft- und Raumfahrtbranche.

Zur Verstärkung unserer Produktion suchen wir einen erfahrenen und qualitätsbewussten Einrichter.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Anlagen rüsten: Eigenständiges Einrichten, Umrüsten und Anfahren von Spritzgussmachinen und Peripheriegeräten.
  • Prozessoptimieurng: Optimieren der Fertigungsparameter zur Sicherung der
  • Produktqualität und Minimierung von Ausschuss.
  • Fehlerbehebung: Systematische Fehlersuche und Behebung von Störungen im laufenden Produktionsprozess.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Durchführung und Dokumentation von Qualitätskontrollen (Inprozesskontrollen) sowie Freigabe von Serienproduktion.
  • Teamarbeit: Einweisung und fachliche Unterstützung des Bedienpersonals an den Anlagen.

Ihr Profil:

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik (m/w/d).
  • Berufserfahrung: Fundierte Erfahrung im Einrichten und Bedienen von Spritzgussanlagen.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift. Diese sind zwingend erforderlich für das präzise Verstehen technischer Dokumentationen, die digitale Erfassung von Produktionsdaten sowie die Abstimmung/Kommunikation im Team.
  • Arbeitsweise: Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit einem hohen Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein.
  • Flexibilität: Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-System.
