Wir sind ein familiengeführtes, mittelständisches Unternehmen in der Kunststoff-industrie mit 70 Mitarbeitern. Wir sind Komplettanbieter für Spritzgusswerkzeuge, sowie die Produktion von Spritzgussteilen. Unser Fokus liegt auf anspruchs-vollen Teilen und der Montage ganzer Baugruppen für den internationalen Markt

  • Verfahrensmechaniker
  • Fachrichtung Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik (m/w/d)
  • in Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständiges Einrichten, Optimierung und Fehlerbehebung von Spritzgießmaschinen, Handlings- und Automatisierungseinheiten
  • Fertigen von formfallenden und Kunststoff umspritzten Bauteilen
  • Sicherstellen und Überwachen der geforderten Qualität über den Fertigungsablauf
  • Prüfung der gefertigten Teile nach internen Qualitätsrichtlinien
  • Dokumentation der Arbeitsschritte, Ergebnisse und Programme für die Spritzgießmaschinen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker Fachrichtung Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Spritzgießmaschinen (Arburg) mit integrierten Handlings- und Automatisierungseinheiten
  • Einsatzfreude und Teamfähigkeit
  • hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
