Für unseren Kunden in Ibbenbüren suchen wir erfahrene Verstärkung im Bereich Kunststoff- und Spritzgusstechnik.

Als Verfahrensmechaniker bzw. Einrichter (m/w/d) sorgst Du dafür, dass die Spritzgussproduktion zuverlässig läuft. Du rüstest und richtest Maschinen, Werkzeuge und Entnahmegeräte ein, fährst die Anlagen selbstständig an und ab und stellst einen störungsfreien Produktionsprozess sicher.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Rüsten und Einrichten von Spritzgussmaschinen, Werkzeugen und Entnahmegeräten
  • An- und Abfahren von Spritzgießmaschinen, insbesondere Engel-Anlagen und 2K-Technik
  • Programmieren und Einrichten von KUKA-Roboterentnahmeprogrammen
  • Überwachen und Optimieren der laufenden Spritzgussprozesse
  • Erkennen und Beheben technischer Störungen
  • Sicherstellen der Funktionsfähigkeit von Maschinen, Werkzeugen und Aggregaten
  • Einrichten von Entnahmegreifern und Angussabtrennvorrichtungen
  • Durchführen von Werkzeugreinigungs- und Pflegearbeiten
  • Einhalten von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Sauberkeitsstandards

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik, Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologe (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise praktische Erfahrung im Spritzguss und Einrichten von Produktionsanlagen
  • Kenntnisse in Maschinen-, Werkzeug- und Verfahrenstechnik
  • Erfahrung mit Engel-Spritzgießmaschinen, 2K-Technik oder KUKA-Robotern von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • EDV-Grundkenntnisse, z. B. MS Excel und Teams
  • Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
