Für ein Unternehmen aus dem Bereich der Herstellung, Verarbeitung und Montage von Kunststoffapparaten, Behältern, Schächten und Sonderbauteilen suchen wir einen Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik – Fachrichtung Bauteile (m/w/d) in Troisdorf.

### 🛠️ Deine Aufgaben:

  • Eigenverantwortliches Abarbeiten von Aufträgen
  • Reparatur und Instandsetzung von Kunststoffrohrleitungen und Schächten
  • Schwerpunkt der Arbeiten liegt auf Bauteilen aus GFK (glasfaserverstärkter Kunststoff)
  • Durchführung von Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten, voraussichtlich überwiegend in einem Chemiepark
  • Fachgerechte Verarbeitung verschiedener Kunststoffe und Verbundwerkstoffe

### 💪 Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik, Fachrichtung Bauteile
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Rohrleitungs- und Behälterbau
  • Kenntnisse in der Verarbeitung von PE, PP, PVC, PVDF und GFK
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse und praktische Fähigkeiten in der GFK-Verarbeitung (Hauptaufgabengebiet)
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
