Weil aber auch bei uns mal einer in Rente geht, benötigen wir zeitnah einen zuverlässigen und umsichtigen

### Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik (m/w/d) oder Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologe/-technologin

ab sofort Ausübungsort: Georgensgmünd

DIE TÄTIGKEIT IM ÜBERBLICK

  • Einrichten, Rüsten und Anfahren von Arburg- und Demag-Spritzgießmaschinen bis 80 Tonnen Schließkraft
  • Einrichten und Inbetriebnehmen der Handlingsysteme
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der Fertigungsparameter gemäß Qualitäts- und Toleranzvorgaben
  • Sicherstellung der geforderten Ausbringungsmenge und Produktqualität
  • Analyse und Behebung von Spritzgießfehlern sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse
  • Bemusterung neuer Werkzeuge und Ermittlung optimaler Maschinenparameter
  • Durchführung kleinerer Wartungs-, Pflege- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an den Produktionsanlagen

ANFORDERUNGEN

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung (Verfahrensmechanik oder vergleichbar)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Spritzguss
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie eine gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
