Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker/in für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Mehrkomponenten-Spritzgussmaschinen und Automationslösungen von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur 3-Schichtarbeit

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Einrichten, Bedienen und Überwachen von 1K- und 3K-Spritzgussmaschinen inklusive Automationsanlagen (Handlingroboter, Entnahme- und Montagesysteme)
  • Sicherstellung und Optimierung stabiler Produktionsprozesse
  • Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen und Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
  • Wartung, Pflege und Instandhaltungen der Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Mitarbeit bei Prozessoptimierungen und Einführung neuer Verfahren
