  • Was erwartet Sie?
  • Einrichten und Umrüsten von Spritzgussmaschinen einschließlich der Produktionsfreigabe
  • Prozessüberwachung und Optimierung der Maschineneinstellungen
  • Vermessung der Spritzartikel und Erstellung der dazu gehörigen Dokumentationen
  • Laufende QS-Kontrolle und deren Dokumentation gemäß ISO TS 16949
  • Wartungsarbeiten/Reparaturen
  • Stellvertretung der Schichtleitung bei Bedarf
  • Was bringen Sie mit?
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker Kunststoff mit Kenntnissen im Spritzgussverfahren für Formteile
  • Erfahrung in der Einrichtung von Spritzgussmaschinen und der Qualitätskontrolle
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtsystem
  • Hohes technisches Verständnis und Geschick sowie Sorgfalt und Genauigkeit
  • Initiative, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
