Wir sind Spezialisten auf dem Gebiet der Pulverbeschichtung mit Sandstrahlen, Sweepstrahlen, Korundstrahlen, Glasperlenstrahlen, dem Feuerverzinken, der thermisch/chemischen Entlackung und der Oberflächenveredelung im Raum Westsachsen. Die Pulverbeschichtung führen wir auf allen beschichtungsfähigen Materialien wie Edelstahl, Stahl, Aluminium, Guss, verzinkte Stähle usw. durch. Dabei arbeiten wir in Schichten und können auf eine hochmoderne neue Anlage zurückgreifen.

Wir suchen ab sofort Unterstützung durch eine/n gelernte/n Verfahrensmechaniker/in - Beschichtungstechnik.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • -Auftragen von Pulverschichten
  • -Steuerung und Überwachung der Maschinen und Anlagen
  • -Vor- und Nachbehandlung der Werkstücke.

Anforderungen:

  • -abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker/in Beschichtungstechnik oder Fahrzeuglackierer/in
  • -Kenntnisse in der Pulverbeschichtung
  • -Kenntnisse im Bedienen der Maschinen und Anlagen
  • -Schichtbereitschaft (Regelmäßig im 2 Schicht-Betrieb. Je nach Kundenanforderung kann die Beschäftigung im 3-Schicht-System erforderlich sein.)
