Bergmann Spritzguss und Formenbau GmbH & Co. KG ist ein Systemlieferant im dem Bereich der Kunststofftechnik aus dem Münsterland. Als mittelständiges Unternehmen beschäftigen wir uns seit mehr als 25 Jahren mit der kunststoffgerechten Entwicklung, der Produktion / Montage des kompletten Endproduktes und dem Vertrieb von hochqualitativen Kunststoffprodukten mit hoher Fertigungstiefe.

Unsere namhaften Kunden kommen aus verschiedensten Branchen.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen:

# Verfahrensmechaniker/in für Kunststoff-und Kautschuktechnik (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Umrüsten der Spritzgießmaschinen im 3-Schicht Betrieb
  • Störungsbeseitigung, Prozessoptimierung
  • Bedienen der Spritzgießmaschinen (von Firma Arburg/ Battenfeld)
  • Einrichten und Gewährleisten einer prozesssicheren und termingerechten Fertigung unter Einhaltung aller relevanten Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Durchführung von Erstbemusterung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnologen/-technologin
  • Teamfähigkeit, systematisches und selbstständiges Arbeiten
