### Verfahrensmechaniker/in für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführen von Werkzeugwechseln
  • Anfahren der Spritzgussmaschinen
  • Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Prozessstörungen
  • Durchführen von Qualitätskontrollen und Sicherstellen der Produktionsvorga­ben
  • Wartung und Pflege der Maschinen, Anlagen und Peripheriegeräten
  • Bedienen von halbautomatischen Maschinen
  • Bereitstellen von Rohmaterialen und Sicherstellen des Materialflusses
  • Dokumentation von Produktions- und Prozessdaten

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Verfahrensmechaniker Kunststoff- und Kaut­schuktechnik Fachrichtung Spritzgießen
  • Erfahrung in der Bedienung und Programmierung von Spritzgussmaschinen
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
